Story: Opponents attack SCO's GPL 'nonsense'
I can imagine that nondisclosure agreement as actually being a gag order. If some code wizard sees that SCO code can't be found in the Linux kernel, then the wizard won't be able to say anything about it publicly. This is childish nonsense and SCO is being run by a bunch of amateur schoolboys. It's almost like a new sequel to "Weekend At Bernie's" in which they are trying to keep everyone from finding out that SCO is actually a wealthy corpse being dragged around by ghoulish and inconsiderate friends in order to get a free ride. Let's try to remember SCO from back in the days of innovation, then bury and forget, rather than as a front for useless tuna manglers (read: sharks, re: lawyers.)
