Story: ADSL wrestles broadband top spot from cable

Surely ISPs (i.e. BT) put the prices down for ADSL now? I heard that around £15.99 would be the ideal price at this stage in the game. That is the only way we will be able to get the whole country up to speed (pun intended) with the "broadband revolution".
Is BT money-grabbing at the expense of us lowly consumers?
