hi iam a freeserve member at present and have been for a very long time but since i went over to there broadband i have had nothing but trouble this yr i recently contacted them regarding the emails i was receving only to be keeped on the phone twice with loads of excuses how it wasnt there fault in the end it was and my email was changed after some time and loss of money and pulling my hair out with them i think anyone would have after receving some 100,000 emails that wasnt yours yes the fig is right and as for the broad band connection it gets slower and slower and i dont want to be part of any french company
