What I would like to know is...
Why is Dell now admitting that the problem "visibly saps performance" when they refused to acknowledge that the problem existed until the issue was brought to the attention of the press?
And if it so "visibly saps performance" why didn't Dell catch it before they shipped the product in the first place?!
