Hi David,
The following link is to the actual article in which Bruce Perens discusses the SGI code that Darl McBride references in your article.

If you read this article you will find that Darl's comments are at best inaccurate and more likely a deliberate distortion of what Bruce actually said in his article.
While I think it is important to publish comments such as Darl's I think it is equally important to let your readers know that they cannot be assumed to be simply factual, and to publish at least links to the actual articles referred to so that your readers can judge the merits of SCO's comments themselves.
