Makes a nice paperweight - and that's all this phone is fit for. I got my MPX200 in February 04, it's now July and I'm on my third replaceemnt handset, the hard resets and sim updates go into double figures, Battery lasts less than 24 hours, ringtones are very difficult to download and even when you create your own Wav ringtones most of them won't play. Each time the handset has failed and been replaced I find all my GPRS downloads are gone (so far amounting to approx £50 worth) Orange refuse to refund saying that the phone defect isn't their fault but a problem which should be taken up directly with Motorola. The DTI actually differ on this opinion, claiming that the retailer or supplier are responsible for the goods supplied. Giving marks out of 10 for the MPX200 I'd give it a 3 - for Orange...well they have been quite helpful but for denying respsonsibility they get a 4. Don't buy it, don't even take it for free on contract - summary = The MPX200 more trouble than it's worth!
