It has been a long public private partnerships issue. I wish the WSIS would be the right time to prepare a space for cooperative:
The information society placed between public and private sectors.
Within this cooperative framework, we will be able to support the principple and the objective of millenium development goals.
New science and infrastructure to be produced.
