Sounds like a great idea to me especially when telephone tag is great fun and improves employee moral / efficiency. Unfortunately the CEO has not gone far enough. To maximize the savings I would ban telephones. This would eliminate all unnecessary communication thereby improving the bottom line even further. As a leader in the restoration of snail mail, this company would gain the gratitude of every postal worker worldwide. This is still a large client base and will only grow in size as others adopt the idea. I definitely will be sending them a letter of support, if I can only figure out a way to find their address.
