A few years ago, before the monopilsation of the internet was so obvious IRC was the most enjoyable and free means of chat - I guess this will push people back into this, which I guess puts the chat domain back into the hands of the more technical, bye bye good chats! You can download an IRC client at
http://www.mirc.co.uk
Its free, and reliable.
