Story: Telewest gives broadband installation costs the chop

My house, and all 1000 houses on the Kings Hill (West Malling) estate, are all wired up with Telewest for broadband - but we cannot get it for some reason. If somebody at Telewest would kindly flick a switch somewhere, they could get many more customers. The demand is there, the wiring is there, but where is the service?
