Story: Second Nokia phone explodes

The battery in my daughters Nokia 3410 exploded recently. You can see the very internals of the battery which is literally split in two and which also damaged the LCD screen. I e-mailed Nokia twice about the matter (about 6 weeks ago as soon as the incident happened) but have received no contact. It seems Nokia takes this as a joke and I certainly do not. My daughter has now a bit of a fear it will happen again. If you are interested in this matter I can send you a photo of the said item or even send you the battery. It is the battery supplied with the phone and has a hologram on it.
