Instead of buying hard-to-configure software, why not buy a decent router with built-in firewall protection. They are now just as cheap as most of the firewall software, and you also get the option of setting up a network, or sharing an Internet conection. Linksys for £42 on Amazon, a breeze to install. Does not ask you daft questions either. Works like a dream.
