This is absolutely absurd! First - if you want to buy music, go to wherever you feel comfortable. If I buy and install a product that makes it easier for me to do so - great! If I don't want to use the shortcut link, I won’t...

Second, the buy.com reference is asinine. Buy.com pays money to be in the MSN directory and setup as an MSN shop. "THEY" (Read: Buy.com) use this service to promote their products and services. The fact that anyone would even try to pin that on "the big bad giant" is disgusting, and they are probably reading this on a Microsoft product, which they willingly acquired.

Quit complaining and buy a Mac! Microsoft has made computing easy - however they did it is actually quite irrelevant at this point. Its easy to get my mail, easy to see the web, and easy to do my job - ALL via Microsoft products! I hope they are able to double their money next year - because I know that it will go towards the anti-spam tools they are building and a lot of the other tools that Microsoft is developing that will CONTINUE to make ALL of our lives easier!

If the masses act like SHEEP – put a price tag on something and herd them there! Learn to think independently people; the world around you is quite amazing!
