Story: Outlook 2003 fights the spam battle

I shared your optimism about an inbuilt spam filter in Outlook 2003 but unfortunately it is almost completely ineffective.

- It doesnt appear to 'learn'.
- Marking messages as spam is difficult (no menu button/right click menu only allows marking a single message as spam NOT multiple messages)
- what's under the hood appears to be crap:

This is a woeful first attempt at building in spam filtering so far behind the competition and the spammers tricks that it is useless.
