Story: Macromedia's flagship fails to fire

I purchased MX2004 - and after two weeks dropped the package from our studio - its unreliable and buggy - this product wasn't worth the upgrade from a previous version - Macromedia have also reduced the long term support relying on 3rd party help via the tech forums - this is not very good PR.
I hope things get better soon or my studio will have to consider looking at other options.
