BETTA is coming along in 2005 and it's a complete dogs breakfast, this mainly due to LogicaCMG making money by cutting costs. Ie doing everything on the cheap and changing the tax-payer and arm and a leg.
Did you know that the most important part of the NGC electricity deal notification process, relies on FTPing a file from one server to another at NGC. Yep it's that scary, in these modern times of OLTP, data is still moved around dodgy point of failure way.
Pull your fingers out Elexon, LogicaCMG and NGC ... we want to use XML RPC!
