Story: Ensure staff comply with hands-free law, companies told
I agree with Telephonetics on all points and the situation is actually much graver for businesses as under recent corporate manslaughter and culpability legislation, fleet operators and employers could be held liable if their failure to install proper hands-free equipment forces drivers to break the law by using their handheld phones on the road.
Our company helps companies identify their weaknesses and offer a wide range of equipment from different vendors. Being dedicated to this specific situation -i.e. - the 1st December ban, we are offering a number of solutions to different businesses. See www.talksafe.org.uk
