Bill Gates is not the one to blame but his programmers. If the programmers took the time to debug their codes none of this would happen. Even if they debug their codes their is still a chance of vunerbilties. Bill gates should make the software cheaper and more reliable. Many people today are trying LInux, Red Hat is the easiest. It has graphical interface.
