There are balaces to be kept.
Privace is important but people should still
responsible for their actions.
So registration is required and should
actually be verified. On the other hand
those information should be released carefully. With the amount of information on the Internet, it's very difficult for people to
tell lies from trues. If you don't have a way to
track people down, internet crime could surpass the identity theft. A frau reporting site should also be setup to facilitate internet user to report frau. Action can then be taken
against crimial sites.
