If they want to sell to business then they really need to reform some of their business practices. Better information on build times - no more unscheduled waiting, change Xserve design so customers can purchase third-party harddisks, better information propogation to their first-line support staff about their Software Maintenance Agreement products (can you guess what kind of phone call I had? "Is it Applecare?" "No it's not Applecare - it's a maintenance agreement" "Please hold"), timely delivery of products to business customers. I could go on. Business customers rightly expect a better level of service than Apple UK normally give as we spend more money: we buy more machines, we buy more software and our purchasing experience trickles down to our employees and friends.
So there.
