Story: Single PC to adopt multiple OS
I know there is always this huge memory loss when it comes to the Macintosh, but this ability to run multiple OS's on one machine is years old. Virtual PC has been on the Mac for a long time and has allowed a user to run all flavors of Windows, Linux and any other operating system that runs on the x86 architecture right next to the Mac operating system in a window. Sharing resources and periperals couldn't be easier. There is/was also SoftPC, which accomplished the same thing. Plus, there is an open-source product for the X11 environment that has been running Win98 and below for a long time. And let us not forget MOL (Mac on Linux) that lets Linux users run Mac OS's as well. Once again, because Microsoft brings out a product or embraces a technology, it is treated as "new" and "innovative" even though they are years behind in many areas.
