Hello Joe,

I am not sure if this is the right place to seek advise,however, should this forum be in appropriate for my specific situation then I would appreciate your pointing to the right place.

I am registered as a freelance researcher for an online company based in Manchester.
Sometimes in December 2004, I was made an offer to write up a research proposal of 10000 words which I did and submitted electronically and there is a confirmation of receipt.I had expected getting paid at the end of January,2005 but nothing came through so i wrote an email and i got a response promising to pay on 28th February,2005.

I have still not been paid and had written several emails with no response.

Please could you help me out.

I am waiting patiently for a response.
