Story: Government sites continue to flout standards

Exactly, government sites are rubbish. You try finding your local MP. Any government sites you find are ugly and all look different - no uniformity or interoperability at all. Only a handful like the LondON website look okay but its not linked to anything else, what kind of online government is this?
