They lied about the Las Vegas code :

is an admission that they lied, not a defense.
THEY LIED in LAS VEGAS.
there is no good defense about that here from him.
saying "this is nothing new" -- well, THIS IS THE title of this Article. Apparently someone thinks this is news -- and that it hasn't clearly gotten out in the mainstream press yet that SCO LIED IN LAS VEGAS.
and that they keep doing it.
