I see that BIOS writing is done with the program Synth Edit.All BIOS programs in all computers are the same.The real Phoenix BIOS program is blocked by the 'manufacturer's' program.In the real BIOS you can adjust voltages and frequencies.What is the voltage of a bit on your hard drive or in your memory?What is the refresh or erase voltage?Are we seeing low voltaged and low frequency computers?
