Carly Fiorina should NOT be an advisor to California's Governor in his effort to keep jobs in California.That's like putting Gray Davis on a committee to restore integrity to government. Offshoring seems to be the "next best thing to slavery" for these CEOs.

HP is forcing U.S. workers to train their replacements from India before terminating them. HP is laying off California workers while ramping up in India. HP hires nonimmigrant workers in spite of qualified U.S. applicants.
