Story: Warning email hides scam

I just received a similar email that was purportedly from CITI cards. The format was essentially identical. The site that was hyperlinked was adversting.biz.
I reported this to Spam Cop, and they traced it -- it was routed through Romania and Korea!! I also tried to report this to Citibank, but they didn't seem to be interested.
