Story: SCO's legal fees eat up profits

So after making a $9m payout to lawyers to help screw Linux users, making a net loss of $1.6m this quarte, SCO are now expanding their scam into Austrailia.
Their revenue was up $8.8 million this year (which very nearly covered their legal costs), mostly from, software makers Microsoft and Sun Microsystems.
I wonder if there is any relation there? I think we should be told.
