I am a student of Masters of Computer Sciences. I have thought to work on a project that converts the text message from the mobile into the voice message at the reciever end. I need some details about the subject. Whether this project is accomplishable within 5 months or so. What are the requirements to finish this project etc. Whom should i contact to get more information.
