Story: Microsoft issues Word 2003 patch

This used to happen to me all the time and i had no idea what was going on. tried to contact Microcrap but had no luck.
Funny thing is that it hasn't crashed (when printing) for about a year, so i assumed it had been fixed in an Office patch, but it seems i was wrong.
Once again, thanks Bill for making such great software. NOT!
