Story: Spammers flout law

Hi from an Australian whose e-mail boxes are continuously jammed full of American spam. When will someone realize that the real reason for spam, worms and other internet problems is the fact that there are so many naive gullible people out there using the net? If people could be educated en-masse to never respond to spam, to use firewall and anti-virus software, all those problems would disappear. So, when is someone going to try to do some public education about what not to do on the internet? Probably never. That would be too easy and obvious, wouldn't it?
