Story: Novell claims SCO's Unix rights are limited

Why is this whole SCO lawsuits thing taking so long?
Its obvious they have no chance of winning yet the various lawsuits are looking as if they are going to drag on for years.

If anyone should be suing for slander which is harming their business it is the various Linux distributors who should be suing SCO for launching all these never-ending no-hope lawsuits.
