Story: Judge rules DVD-copying program is illegal
It all sounds fine to me. Don't back-up and when you disc becomes damaged (which will happen because they are 'not suitable for use' {too delicate}) of course the movie companies will exchange the disc for a new one. I guess they could even charge a nominal fee, say $0.50 as you've already paid for the license.
