Story: Palm OS Cobalt and Garnet: a first look

I purchased a Xplore G18 from Malaysia in February 04. I have broken the glass and wish to know where I can get it replaced. I was very impressed with it as were my friends - but alas it is not working because of the glass. I live in London and would appreciate some communication from yourselves to solve my problem.
