If you want a paper weight, or at least to blow some money, there are better items to get than a PalmOS based PDA! For the PalmOS, I passed it up long ago based on these factors:
1. Ease of Use. The core applications are very poorly written. After all the most important thing about a meeting is not even a field.
2. Desktop Compatability. The Pocket PC seemesly connects to my Windows desktops. Macintosh needs a much better operating system in order to be even considered.
3. Office Compatablity. Pocket Word, Pocket Excel, what better compatibilty do you want?
4. Contacts, Tasks & Calendar: The PalmOS versions of these applications look like something ripped off from Sharp, I think that they might need to look at this!
The core applicaitons of the Windows CE OS are much better than the corresponding PalmOS applicaitons. I understand that people have differences, and that most people don't think logically, but for them, the have the PalmOS based devices.
