Story: ISP fury over BT's broadband claims
Even in the affluent south we can't get broadband due to the dreadful condition of the infrastructure. BT won't do anything about their lines and the only viable high(er) speed alternative to dial up is ISDN so why have they priced this very second rate substituteservice higher than Broadband?
sounds like a con to subsidise BB rollout to me.
