It's just so hard to believe that every bushman hunting gazelles with a spear doesn't have a T-1 running into his grass hut so he can shop on eBay. It's an outrage.
The "digital divide". What a crock. That's just more welfare-state code for leftist politicians to parade around while they try to steal more of your money and smother another industry in bureacracy. It's no wonder the internet drives them nuts.
