Story: Outlook flaw upgraded to 'critical'

I want to talk about that awful pop up box that keeps appearing every time I try to access an e-mail message in my Outlook program!!! Ever since I installed the update: Office SP 3 this has been happening. It tells us that another program is trying to access our addresses in Outlook and we should say Yes or No. It appears over and over and we plainly DON'T WANT IT. I can't stand it and my husband is ready to throw the computer out the window. What can we do to make this box stop appearing altogether??? HELP!!!
