In the u. s. there is no such thing as the constitution, civil rights, "freedom of anything".
Why change the negative process now. Money talks and "the people" do not matter any more.
I.E. Just look at the Big corporations going bankrupt to drop all of their legacy (retirement) costs so the companies can "reorganize their funds". who suffers ?
The People who worked 20,30+ years to get their retirements. Dont worry though the government supports this. Tey give "tips" to the companies how to reorganize and cut costs! Its perfectly legal
And perfectly Bs as this issue is.
