Story: Norton AntiVirus: The readers strike back
I have been using NAV 2003 as part of System Works for about a year now. If you leave the default Auto Protect on, it slows the PC to a crawl and is really unnecessary overkill. Switch it off! Other parts work well though and it saved me from a series of virus e-mails I was sent last month. The download and installation of virus updates goes just fine even with a 56k modem. Just download to disk takes about 10 minutes and click to install. I am very happy with the product with only that minor reservation about Auto protect.
