Story: Norton AntiVirus: The readers strike back

I can't reach a person with the company. I have tried the automated process, but don't know how to get the answer. I very recently upgraded toNorton Internet Security 2004 Professional upgrade, but the system still tells me I do not have the live update. I tried it, but it would not go. I have an alert about "bloodsport", and all I can do is check okay twice and it goes away, but each day it returns. I would like some personal help, but can't seem to get it. Thanks for giving me a voice even if they don't listen.
