Symantec get my vote for the worst "Customer Service" on this planet.

Everything about contacting them is at best painful - at worst, impossible.

A recent hopeful email got the following reply: "**This is an automated response.**
**Do not reply to this message.** NOTE: Due to a high volume of various non-business related and unsolicited messages, emails sent to customerservice@digitalriver.com
will no longer be reviewed by our Customer Support Team." SO WHY LET ME FILL THE FORM IN ???!!!

The Tech Helpdesk are NO help they simply refer you to other Symantec websites. And the ONLY other phone number I can locate, after hours on their maze of useless pages, is in the US.

I am so frustrated with Symantec it hurts - the temptation to fly to Ireland to vent that frustration at the Ballycoolin Business Park, grows by the minute.
