How ridiculous and typically corporate. I hope the application is rejected without question. Whatever next, a patent app for the colour of the screen, for the type of buttons used on the case.

And you cannot patent a method. No way. Or I shall apply for a patent for the method in which a device is switched on and I'll sue every electrical manufacturer in the world !!

I hope that some sense comes to bear on matters of intellectual property, it's all gone too far.
