Story: Dell admits Indian mistake

Hello Everyone .... Thats true everyone say DELL has long hold time But do u people know why ? Iam also a DELL customer and also a DELL employee ...
People dosent know anythign of there computer and they call DELL even for there ISP issue and even for some software not aorking and even if they have spyware they call DELL and ask for a system exchange .. Just think and tell me is DELL responsible for that. I can bet not even 1% of DELL CUSTOMERS read there contracts when they buy a DELL computer . DELL contracts are valid only for hardware . But they call up DELL and that increases hold time for other customers who have genuine hardware problem , And when they come and come to know that they are in wrong queue they start shouting on us but they dont know to press there express service code in IVR. And that leads to a long hold time for them .
Coming to your coments on India and saying Indians are not good at English . Please check and let me know in this POST how many SLANGS you use while speaking english and how many we speak .
Coming to TEch part WE need to stick to company policies and DELL only think's of it customers . And If u think we dont do good in troubleshooting then ask DELL to pull back from INDIA. Everyone in world know's what INDIA is about the TECHNOLOGY .
Your NASA has 36% of Indians in top position . MICROSOFT has 45%. If indians are not good ask them to go back to INDIA . Then tell me where Americans are in world ok .

Better Dont chalange INDIA in technology .
