Story: Dell admits Indian mistake
-Dell shipped me my new keyboard right then and I received it in less than 24 hours. Awsome Job!!
-I was extremely satisfied with the friendly, professional assistance I received in my two recent calls to Dell for similiar but different problems.
-Able to take care of my problem with one phone call. Took 1 day to resolve problem with monitor. That was terrific! Your CSR's really need to listen more closely. I had to explain my problem to her several times which was frustrating, but she did a good
-quick response and willingness to help resolve the issue
-Your telephone technician was courteous, articulate, and effectively diagnosed/solved the problem. I appreciate her help, and thank you for employing American technicians for telephone technical service (she never know that the one who supported her is not AMerican)
-Prompt resolution of problem. Clear instructions on how to resolve problem.
-Tech support rep was knowledgeable and solved my problem easily and with patience
_service with a good product; this is my third lap top I purchased from Dell
-The support representative was patient and made sure he tried all the options for what we needed to do. It seemed he was well prepared because he didn't have to spend a lot of time thinking about the next step he was going to try.
-The technician had a great deal of patience which is helpful when a caller is stressed out because they don't know what they are doing.
-Good customer support. I rank you poorly on get my computer repaired when there is a problem. I purchased the maintenance plan and I have to do the work. I rank you 3
-your technician was extemely tolerant and understanding. the end result was that something in the mccaffe security program pre loaded on the computer was interfering with the setup of my wireless connection.
-I understand Dell has had some problems with customer service, but honestly, I have no complaints. The service was great and the technician would not give up until the issue was resolved. Thank you.
-When I called in for support, the technician did a great job of determining what level of computer knowledge I have and then communicating with me at that level. I had not experienced that before with any computer-related customer support, and it was a v
-Tech diagnosed the problem as a faulty LCD and scheduled a replacement without question. She was quick and correct in her diagnosis
-The communication skills of the technicians has improved a great deal over the last year. They also take more time with the customer than they used to and provide a case# and call back number, which they used to refuse to do
-Extreme customer service and tech support both via phone and on site. A job well done. Thank you
-The technician was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. She spoke English as her first language!!!
-The Lady who helped me work on my computer helped me work through the issues of my computer. She was very patient as well as knowledgable. Thanks so much for all of your help
-Quick response, excellent knowledge base of tech and his resources, courteous, succinct, efficient, and good phone presence. Problem resolved in a minimum of time. Great service, outstanding techs. Good job, folks!!
-When I have promblems with my system I get very frustrated. The support team allowed me to continue using my laptop rather than scraping it off the wall :) Thanks again!!!
-Dell helped remedy our problem over the phone during the course of a day. Even when I was disconnected from the technician by accident, he called back right away. The technician walked me through each step and was patient with my ignorance of computers.
-believe that the communication between tech service and customer is really good. I have worked with my company for 4 years now in the IS department. I have talked to Dell Techs/support on the telephone numerous times and everytime the result is positive
