Story: Dell admits Indian mistake

To Mr. Kevin steward, who is an Indian with a phony English name. First of all, let me ask you what did you want to prove? You can probably not imagine the problem that we face due to the INDIAN ENGLISH and their unintelligible accent.
I am not s racist at all. I am an educated woman and married to a Sri Lankan husband from Asia. I have many colleagues of Indian origin who grew up in the U.S. and they talk in English with a clear pronunciation. I have no problems at all and to me they are as good as the decent, educated people from my community. But when I talk to the talk support in India I can't understand even a word they say and its all French to me. You will not understand this since you have never faced this problem. I wish you had a very urgent business issue and your tech support guy's from china who 'd speak in your native language in a very thick chinese accent with countless grammatical mistakes and poor pronunciation then you 'd understand what we are goin' through. I wish your hospitals 'd be run by chinese medical specialists who 'd specify treatments over phone then you 'd understand the problem that thick accents create. When your grandma's condition is critical and your insanely busy deciphering the specifications in chinese version of your language to your own language. when you'r frustrated of chinese "Hindi" nearly to the death and with every passing minute your grandma 'd loose her life. Then I would ask you "Who is racist?".
If you call somebody racist just because they want somebody, who they can understand, to discuss their critical computer problems then you are a selfish arrogent pig with no traces of humanity in you.
You just want these tech support jobs and are heedless to what problem your accent creates for us. If you are technically good then please take up those jobs that don't require you to talk in English to Americans. We are sorry we don't understand you all. Have mercy on us. We need somebody WHO SPEAKS IN ENGLISH THAT WE CAN UNDERSTAND.
