I'll tell you why the British government is not keen on instigating wider Spam controls cus they are too busy tryin to keep from gettin a darn good thrashing over imigration and gettin kicked out OUT OUT
they aint worth there weight in used BOG ROLL an thats bieng polite as far as i am concerned "Airy Fairy Blairy" and "Jonny two Jags plus gawd nows how many more locked out of sight bully boy Prescott"
