Story: Rural areas face long broadband delays

Looking at the list of RFS dates it is now clear that BT was never interested in triggers in themselves, just getting the names of those that were interested for sales purposes.

My rationale? A significant number of the exchanges have either no triggers set or have only reached very low percentages and are still being enabled.

I still think that BT should be congratulated for having at least taken the responsability of making the investment, after all you have to live in Wales or Northen Ireland to get the Government to chip in!!
