Yep I was one too. However, I went to the local FBI office with my complaint. They couldn't do anything for a little peanut like me BUT if I were a major business losing millions of dollars a day the agent told me, the FBI could help me then. I wonder what they think now that Citi bank's trusting customers are losing money in their on-line banking. I am glad Utah is the first state to make phising a crime. I hope Colorado is smart enough to be second.
