I was under the impression that bobby's-on-the-beat were to have PDA's with video streaming capabilities. It seems (from this report) that they only get still images, thats a shame.

I would like to see fuel-cell PDA's with WiMax capabilities - that would make it possible.

P.S. paying bills without having to leave the home, thats a little controversial as Government are pushing for people to exsocise for 30mins 5 times a week!
